PERSONAL INTERACTION
The world we live in today is very much being challenged today, and might feel a bit overwhelming even for basic but important things. Where possible we will try to keep a personal approach throughout the journey it is getting settled in your new home. You may not own it, but its your home and we will try to make it a comfortable one too!
WHY CHOOSE US?
It’s a fundamental and good question. We don’t have a huge portfolio of homes on offer, which we want to address over time! We believe in a value added proposition, that benefits us, but also our tenants. We have decided on an approach that embraces good behaviour and common sense. We want to link up with good technology that todays world offers, to improve the living experience. We approach thing with Scandinavian pragmatism, minimalist and functional in style which we hope our tenants will come to appreciate.
PRAGMATISM
Its common knowledge that small issues if left unattended, will spiral out of control. Which is why we adopt technologies to allow tenants to report and schedule fixes in the homes, before they become greater problems.
STYLE
Our heritage is Scandinavian, so we like to offer minimalist and functional homes, that fulfil requirements. We then let the tenants make the decisions on personal touches.
BEHAVIOUR
We firmly believe that if we start every journey with good behaviour toward our community and tenants, it will be reciprocated. It makes everything more comfortable for everyone!
NOTE FROM THE Founder
It is my sincere hope that what we bring to the table is a win-win model for all of our team members, and especially our tenants. A new normal has now emerged from current world view, making things more complex, and possibly more stressing.. In spite of this, we aspire to be at the start of the runway heading towards a pleasant experience. Making sure when moving day comes, its all that matters and is an exciting experience.
We hope to welcome you indoors to your new home, which isn’t just four walls, its more than than that. Its where memories are made and joy is experienced.

Kasper originally comes from Denmark, has lived in multiple countries in Europe, and has experienced first hand the difficulties leasing and buying homes might mean. Inspired by this, SkanVest Properties was born.
