Lease to Buy

Our model addresses concerns that leasing a home is like throwing away hard earned cash. We propose an option of leasing the home, and offer the option to buy it from us at a reasonable cost if you have grown attached to the home.

Stay Home

We might be able to help families that have a home at risk from lenders. We may consider buying the property, then lease it back to you, allowing you to stay in your family home. We can even consider letting you buy it back in the future on favourable terms.

Break Fix

We know that homes need good care, and we see ourselves as the caretakers. We look after the property, and we offer our tenants good ways to fix issues quickly and online and even in person where needed.
