Most of the properties we purchase are located in areas that are affordable, safe and up and coming neighbourhoods. The neighbourhoods we invest in will have certain criteria that we expect to be met, so that the investment is protected long term, and offers our tenants a good environment in which to live and grow.

Our market is aimed at tenant base that look for solid homes, with good local infrastructure for commute, good schools, access to local amenities and leisure. Safety for the tenants is important, and therefore a big criteria for the homes we invest in.

When tenants engage with us to move in to existing homes, or even work with us to find a home that we purchase to then lease back, we take the time to understand the requirements and try to accommodate this to the best of our ability.
